[ARCHIVED] PACTS Seeks Public Comment on the 2022-23 Unified Planning Work Program

Every two years, the Portland Area Comprehensive Transportation System (PACTS) updates the Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) which outlines all transportation planning work over a two-year period. Staff and committees develop the two-year UPWP during the summer and fall of each odd-numbered year. Read the draft final UPWP. Members of the  public are invited to provide comments during a 30-day comment period from Sept. 17, 2012 through Oct 17, 2021. This public notice is posted on the website and sent by email to committee members, the media, and the “Notify Me” list. 

 Comments on the plan can be provided to Chris Chop, Transportation Director in the following formats:
