All proposals shall be submitted by email to with the subject “REGIONAL ENHANCED PROJECT SCOPING PROPOSAL”. Receipt may be confirmed either through a “read receipt” or email request. Anticipated project costs shall not be shared or discussed prior to a request from GPCOG. 

Bids will NOT be accepted in hand, by mail, or by fax.
