Responsibilities
Sarah uses Geographical Information Systems (GIS) to provide technical assistance to GPCOG’s senior planners. Sarah assists with projects related to transportation and land use planning, sustainability, racial and social equity, and public transit. Sarah also performs field work for data collection and in-person outreach, and assists with graphic design and document production as needed.
Professional Experience
Before working for GPCOG Sarah produced geologic maps for the New Hampshire Geological Survey, where she also worked with data related to flood hazards and watershed management.
Education
Sarah received a bachelor’s degree in Geology from Bates College and a master’s degree in Spatial Information Science from UMaine.
