Responsibilities
Colin helps shape the region's transit future by conducting a rapid transit alternatives analysis, as well as help improve efficiency and system design through the deployment of automated passenger counters and systems analysis. He is involved on a range of other transit and transportation planning efforts In the region.

Experience
Colin comes to GPCOG from the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation where he served as the Intercity Passenger Rail Program Manager. Prior to that, he worked as an Assistant Project Manager for the Greater Richmond Transit Company in Richmond, VA and an Operations Planner for the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority in Cincinnati, OH. Colin also served four years as a Transportation Officer in the US Army’s 101st Airborne Division.

Education
Colin has a bachelor's degree in Geography & History from Northern Kentucky University and a master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University.
