Responsibilities
Clara engages with and supports community-driven broadband planning to help foster regional coordination to maximize broadband solutions. Her current work focuses on the Cumberland Oxford Lakes Area Broadband (COLAB) Initiative, a multi-town strategy including 10 towns for the development of a broadband plan to address short term connectivity needs and long-term infrastructure opportunities She also supports the coordination of Maine Broadband Coalition membership management, educational offerings, and program deployment.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining GPCOG full time, Clara was a member of the Resilience Corps, an Americorps program hosted by GPCOG. She was the Broadband Equity Fellow.
Education
Clara holds a Bachelors of Psychology and Russian Language and Literature degree from the University of Virginia.
